Maid Brigade is awesome! I've had various cleaners in the past that take absolutely forever in my small home and still can't get the job done! NOT Maid Brigade!! They are reliable and quick and leave the house squeaky clean! They are insured and bonded and if there's ever a problem or issue they are quick to resolve whatever it may be! They are in and out of my house in about 1.5 hours!! Record time in my opinion! I absolutely recommend this service to others!

The team showed up an hour and a half late and subsequently had to leave before the job was done properly. I was charged $160 for a move-out clean. I thought that would include mopping the floors and wiping down the walls, however that was not done. You can imagine my surprise when I ended up cleaning up after the cleaning crew. When I called Maid Brigade of San Diego to express my dissatisfaction the owner Bob was less than willing to offer me any kind of discount, or anything at all to make me happy. The customer is always right is not a motto for this branch of Maid Brigade. I cannot say for sure, but more than once with this company I have felt like I was told that the team arrived at a certain time which I am almost certain is not true. Do not use this company. However, Maid Brigade is a franchise and the office in North County does great work.
