I can'™t express enough how awful my experience with Dr. Rashti has been. I had seen her back in March 2010, i needed a tooth extracted and implant done. After quoting me over $5400.00 for the procedures, she said I HAD to pay the entire balance up front. Since I didn't just have that amount of cash lying around, she recommended a credit line through the dental office funded by Wells Fargo Financial.
She said she would charge the full amount of the procedures, then bill my insurance, and credit their portion as it is received (which would have been about half of that amount). Dr. Rashti, being the dishonest, unethical business woman, never billed my insurance. It wasn't until October 2010 that I noticed that my insurance had never received a claim from her office. I contacted the dental office, in which the Dr stated that she did bill my insurance in March, and wasn't sure why they didn't get the claim. when i asked for proof of the submission, i was told she would have the admin look for it and send it back to me. She agreed to submit the claim at that point, but it was passed the period in which my insurance allowed for the claim to be processed. After receiving this information from my insurance, i immediately contacted Dr Rashti to address the issue, in which she said that there was nothing more that she could do except to refund for the procedures that she had not yet performed.
This left me responsible for the entire amount, although i pay for dental insurance; she made it so i couldn't use it. Not only that, but because i was relying on the insurance money to lower the cost of the amount owed, i wasn't able to pay down the entire balance of the credit line in time to not incur interest, so i now owe an additional $943 in backdated interest charges.
Basically, Dr. Rashti made it impossible for my insurance to cover any of the costs for the work i had done. She blatantly lied to me as a patient and made me feel as though i had been cheated and robbed.
PLEASE do not do business with this woman!

I have been to many dentists through the years and by far Dr. Rashti is the best in all aspects. She is compassionate, patient, caring, understanding, and does not hesitate to fully explain your oral problem (s). She never fails to make one feel that one's oral treatment is most important to her and she will do everything she can for you. Her number 1 priority is her patient's oral well-being-she doesn't say it, she shows it. She does not rush wile she is with her patients and takes her time to allay any fears or concerns you may have. She is straight-forward and firmly, but not in a mean way, gives recommendations for a healthier mouth. She goes the extra mile when one has a procedure done. She gives you her cell phone number in case you have any problems when the office is closed. She goes another mile and calls you the next day after your procedure to see how you are doing.
