Great church. Not too big, not too small. This church has been in Riverside over 133 years! The congregation really cares about each other. There are many opportunities to get involved. A diverse group. There are two services, 9:01 contemporary and 11:00 traditional. There are several opportunities to meet as a unity service during the year. The people are truly friendly and God centered. I highly recommend that if you are searching for a church home to go visit this church.

Not sure where the other reviewers got their information... This church is great for all ages- they have a contemporary service and a traditional service. There are lots of young families and older families as well. A good mix of ages. Everyone seems to really love the Lord. The pastors are well-rounded, well-educated and informed but do not push their opinions on everyone. You get quality bible-teaching and life-application without having their political beliefs shoved down your throat like at many churches. Magnolia is a very loving church.

The church used to have a pretty good preacher but he left to go back east. Current preacher has been there a long time but has little to really say. they brought on a new assistant minister; might be time to give the church a last visit.
