We tried numerous times by phone and in person to have Scott or Rich come out and see the installation of tile in four rooms and a shower that did not seem right. There was mold growing outside the shower and the grout was cracked and coming out. They sent another installer who said it all needed to be redone. Since they had put us off and put us off they now informed us our 'year' warranty was up.
