WE'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!‎
We saw Dr. Kavanaugh for an after hours appointment. She was horrible but the staff was nice. She became angry when we wouldn't allow her to do unnecessary tests - tests we told her were already pending with our regular vet's office. Then, she wanted to update all of her vaccinations even though I told her we should first check with our regular vet to see if they were due. She became very rude when we refused to leave our dog there overnight. In my opinion, her behavior was disgusting and she only wanted to order unnecessary tests and procedures. I will never recommend this dirty place!‎

Great Docter but Poor Staff‎
We took our cat in for a sinus infection. The Vet was very nice and knew what he was doing. They wrote up the bill and the staff put more then we expected on it and told them we couldnt afford it. the staff was pushy about it and so we had to talk to the Vet to let him know. He came in a few minutes later and told us he could give us a hefty discount on the medications if we chose to get it. He said the cat needed it to get better and he didnt want her to get any more sick. he was very empathetic and kind and we were able to pay for the whole bill due to his kindness. on the other hand the staff was not very attentive to our needs, and acted as if they didnt enjoy being thier at all. i will still visit this place due to the Vet but will be very careful about reading the bill and how its itemized. So I give it 5 stars for the Vet and 2 stars for the Staff, thus 4 or 3.5 if i could.‎

Tulla (My 4 lb. Chihuahua) by Lisa T. at InsiderPages
Thank you Magnolia Animal Hospital Staff, for you kindness and compassion towards Tulla..

Story...
Tulla is a teacup chihuahua rescue from the Orange County Animal Shelter. I adopted her on the last day before she was sentenced to be euthanized. Nobody wanted to adopt her because of her age, and her nails were so overgrown they were curled so it made her walk like she had neurological issues, her whole coat / ears were thick solid black due to fly feces.

Tulla is now 8 yrs old, i have had her for 2 years with no health issues until recently. When Tulla became lethargic and not wanting to eat or drink and vomiting, I started freaking out.. I took Tulla to Magnolia Animal Hospital and the staff did more then enough to take care of my little mamma's.. to where she is eating, drinking and barking =) again

Thank you, much love
Lisa

Good doc, piss poor staff,...‎
Dr. Shokry is gentle but the table that they use ( they tried to hide it from me) to strap your poor pet down is a Torquemada inspired leash nightmare. The office staff is heartless and does NOT care if you are not prepared to pay their exorbitant fees! It's a 35$ office visit but the prices SKY ROCKET from there! 20$ for 1 ML of pain killer for my cat with an injured eye, they have extremely high dispensing fees and sold me a (tiny) bottle of OUT OF DATE anti-biotics! I'd recommend Dr. Weikamp,(949-370-9104) he comes to you, it's expensive but not as much as Magnolia, and the animals are cared for in your own home, he's sweet with the animals (I have 5 cats) and he even did a spay on my kitten in his custom 24 foot truck. It was over in half an hour, and she awoke at home, no car trips! Magnolia charged 75$ for a male neuter, and had to keep him all day. Avoid this place unless you have money to burn.‎

Very compassionate by Kelly G. at InsiderPages
I had a cat and from the time she was a kitten and when we had to put her to sleep at 13 she went no where but Magnolia Animal Hospital. She received the best care and was treated as if she was their own pet. She had cancer in the middle of her lower jaw and it was growing. She was hospitalized so they could run tests and everything. The next morning the Vet, called me to tell me my options which were chemo or put her to sleep because he couldn't guarantee chemo would work, if not it would grow and break her jaw and would starve to death cause she wouldn't be able to eat. He said to call him back in a few hours after thinking it over. After 2 hours of crying I realized I had to do what was best for my cat and have her put to sleep. A member of his staff promised to hold her till she passed cause I couldn't be there. Then they took care of all the arrangements to have her cremated.
