I brought to MAGIC CLEANER 14 clothes pieces (expensive designer brands) last week. As a regular procedure I counted the items before leave home. When I got the the dry cleaner the attendant also counted 14 pieces. Anyway I went to pick my clothes and they had missing 2 of the 14. I complained for the missing items before leave and the owner with a sarcastic attitude told me: “I m sorry there were only 12 pieces. I am not responsible for the 2 you have mentioned”. I am so mad right now!! I couldn't do anything about it; I just want everybody to be aware of the dry cleaner to avoid somebody to have the same experience.‎
