The detailer broke the plastic cowling by the windshield wipers on my car right in front of me and was totally apologetic. Although the supervisor and business owner were not present at the time the employee informed me to get an estimate and he would call the owner to have it taken care of. I immediately got an estimate and returned it to the detailer.
Almost two weeks later and no communication, I decided to drop by and speak with the the owner, Darryl Brewer. I introduced myself while stating my reason for stopping. He raised his voice and demanded me leave the property or he was calling the cops. He immediately stated I was speaking false claims in front of his customers and I should leave. He then admitted guilt by stating the issue was between me and his employee, not him. WHAT? He looked at the damage, then asked the year of my car. WHY? He stated he wouldn't spend a dime on a 10yr old car.
HE CALLED THE COPS, I WAITED PATIENLY!
BAD BUSINESS ETHICS & UNPROFESSIONAL!
