Good Bridal Shop
Though there is an obvious language barrier, the lady is actually really nice and means well. She struggles in the small talk area, but was very helpful with dresses and scheduling. The dresses arrived in a good length of time and everything was well taken care of. I'd recommend.

Thank you to former customers
I just want to thank all of you who took the time to write a review about this bridal shop. I'm the Maid of Honor in my best friends wedding. I want our experience for her day to be fun and memorable in a good way. We were quoted a price on a Jim Hjelms dress that seemed a little to good to be true. I wanted to do some research on this shop to make sure it was legitimate. Your reviews were so helpful! We are not going to waste our time. Thank you for taking the time to warn us all so that we can avoid the drama you all experienced.

Be kind to your bridesmaids...go somewhere else.
She really is as bad as everyone is saying. The personification of poor customer service. Don't do that to your girls, find another shop to work with or select another dress.

DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER!
First off, the woman who owns Maggi Bridal is a very unfriendly person! For somebody to own a store that is centered around such a big day for people, you'd think that she would possess a better attitude! She is not informative or helpful at all. If you want to see a dress or try it on, the sizes are limited and you have to be planning to buy the dress to even put it on! Also, she claimed you pay half before you order and then half after your dresses come in. Uhm, NO! We all paid the same amount for the deposit, but after the dresses came in she charged more for 3 of us bridesmaids because we were taller. Sure, maybe some people have to do that because they use more fabric, but she did not make the dresses. Nor did she inform us that there would be a price difference until the day my sister picked up our dresses. It took a long time to get our dresses in as well. When they finally did come in,she wanted to harass my sister (bride to be) about all of the girls coming to pick up their dresses. She is rude, and inconsiderate. To put it bluntly she is a dumb B****, and this place is horrible. Anybody who decides to go there is really about to get themselves into something that will only cause more stress for their big day. It doesnt matter if she has a dress from a certain designer that you want...you are better off picking another dress or finding another store! I read these reviews before I went up there, and so did my sisters. We thought they were maybe just bitter and mad about dumb stuff, but the woman really is ridiculous. I'd taker her out if I could :)

Worst Bridal Store Experience Ever!
I had the worst experience at Maggi Bridal. I called to make an appointment and the woman at the store acted like she didn't want me to come in. She asked me when my wedding was, to which I responded, "October." Then she replied, "Well, it's December, you don't have to come so early." I was surprised given that brides are always advised to order dresses at least 9 months in advance. I talked my way into an appointment that same day, and the same woman who I spoke with on the phone was in the store alone. It was just the two of us, and she said (I kid you not) "I don't feel like working today." I told her that I was interested in trying on three different Alfred Angelo dresses, and I even had a picture of one of them. She told me that she didn't want me trying on any dresses until I was "sure of the one or two" that I wanted. After shopping in a few other bridal shops around town, I was -- at this point -- wondering if I was on Candid Camera. So, I pulled one gown that I wished to try on and asked this woman if I could use the ladies' room, to which she responded, "We don't have a public bathroom." When she said that, I hung the dress back up and strolled out the door. As much as this frustrated me, I actually feel sorry for this woman. She is the owner of the store, and is from a foreign country, so perhaps her customs are different, although I am clean, well groomed, well spoken, well mannered, and I came through the door with the best intensions of purchasing a bridal gown and sending 11 bridesmaids her way. So, in short, she lost a lot of money by acting so rude. If you're interested in Alfred Angelo gowns, I would try the bridal shop on Hillsborough next to Snoopy's, or the bridal store at the Smithfield outlets. Both were very well stocked and the staff was nice and pleasant. I would stay far from Maggi Bridal unless you're filming a documentary on weird, unfriendly people.

Pros: They carry Alfred Angelo gowns
Cons: The woman who owns the store is weird, strange and rude. She won't let you use the ladies room, so don't go to lunch before you shop for your bridal gown.
