Not to sure what the complaint about this place is. I took my dog there, he was well taken care of. They have a HUGE fenced in area (at least an acre) where the dogs go out and play during the day, the staff is great and the Vet is top notch. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and will continue to take both of my dogs to them.
