Not bad.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. It's not bad. Has everything you expect in a condo. Pool, Tennis courts, assigned parking, etc. Has some nice perks. Theater, Internet cafe, pool table, poker room. basketball courts, track, volleyball court. I would say it's not the nicest condo in Miami by far but it's not priced like it is either. The downside is that it still has for sale banners running down the side. The elevators are often broken but their are 3. You have shared laundry facilities. Management is anal about where to park a motorcycle. You get one assigned parking space only no matter what and you cannot park you motorcycle and car in the same space. You can put your motorcycle only in your assigned space. You can park a car in the limited number or "reserved" spots if one is open but you cannot park your motorcycle there so if you own a motorcycle and a car then your pretty much screwed.
