I bought a custom made engagement ring here several years ago and now I am buying a matching wedding band.

Chris is the owner and the craftsman. In many cases you will be dealing directly with the store owner and the person who will be making or repairing your jewelry. I found Chris gracious, reasonable, negotiable and very concerned about my satisfaction. And the rings? Well, I couldn't find anything so unique in the many stores I visited previously. I prefer to deal with owners because most of the time they take a personal interest in your long term satisfaction. Here I feel I get customer care far more than salesmanship.

P.S. They are closed Sunday and Monday so plan your visit accordingly.

This is a smaller jewelry store that normally offers prices at 30-70% below retail stores. You cannot only make jewelry purchases here but you can also have watches repaired, rings resized and obtain batteries for your watches. I had some rings resized here and they werent quite the right fit so they redid them without any problem.
