Great Customer Service experience‎
I had semi-formal attire for a formal event that was starting in an hour. I went to Macy's unaware of my size or exactly what I was looking for. Mora was behind the register, and I explained my situation. She took some measurements, asked me a few questions, and was able to put together an ensemble that looked sharp, and was affordable! She provided me with superior customer service, and went above and beyond what was required of her. I hate shopping so customer service is of utmost importance to me when I choose where to shop, I definitely recommend Macy's.‎
