We had Pam do a nursery for us and it was not an experience I would wish on anyone. After every step we had a redo. She didn't check any of the work that her subs were doing which resulted in either having the sub come and fix the work or getting a new sub altogether to fix the problem. Wallpaper seams didn't match, my curtains were made wrong, the custom shower curtain was made and hung incorrectly with no way to fix it and worst of all....my number 1 complaint: The room is a nursery and has a floor to celing narrow window. The cord to raise and lower the shaed was made (and cleared by Pam Macksey) to hang 10 inches from the FLOOR!! Talk about a choking hazard! We called another design company and they said there was no way to fix the problem. Don't bother with this company.
