I made a special order for Valentines and two days before delivery needed to make a complete change from Roses to Tropical. Rebecca stayed in contact with me as she called and worked with her suppliers to find the lillies and gingers to help pull this off in time. By Valentine morning, the last tropical was available and she personnally made the delivery to my wife at work. Cannot thank them enough for making a special day so much more so!!

I purchased a flower card from Macklin as a part of a charity event. The people at the shop refused to deliver the flowers even after I offered to pay whatever it the price for delivery would be. Instead of working with the customer and coming to a price for services - they refused to deliver. I don't understand - I will never do business with this florist again.
