First off they are rude and think it's a privilege to talk with them!They told me my 2006 iMac wasn't worth fixing and tried to sell me a new iMac. I took it to a different repair shop and they replaced the hard drive for $250 and all is good. They also said they would do the repair but the price of labor is more if you want good customer service and have it back in a couple days or you could have poor customer service and would get to it in a week or so.‎

After dropping my computer off for a simple repair, the price suddenly doubled. Needless to say, I decided to take my business elsewhere but they still charged me a $100 service fee just to hand me back my computer (having done no repairs on it). I'm not sure if this was a scam or criminal incompetence but either way there are plenty of honest reputable shops out there. Go to one of the instead and save yourself time, money, and a whole lot of grief.‎

From the minute I stepped in, they were helpful. I thought my computer was dead, but they turned it around! Recommend these guys anyday.‎
