This pediatric doctor's office is world class! The staff is just amazingly friendly. They have 2 female Dr.'s and 1 female Nurse Practitioner. Their nurses are all caring and kid-friendly. The children leave every visit with some kind of a trinket. Also, when you do well child immunizations, they give the children a real reading book to take home with them. The office is always open for walk in's, however they do ask that you call before you show up, so that they can get your chart ready before you walk in. It cuts down on your wait time. I have never waited very long at all. The lobby has books for kids to read, as well as toys to play with. My favorite thing about this dr.'s office is that they have 2 lobby/waiting rooms. One is for Well Child visits, and the other is for Sick child visits. This keeps the germs to a minimum while waiting for a check-up. The Dr.'s genuinely care about their patients, and even call to check up on them at home.They accept most insurance plans too. This is the best children's doctor in the Coachella Valley by far!
