Some of the drivers are friendly but these people are never on time, will not wait five seconds on you if you are late (or they are early), are extremely rude, and totally unreliable. I came to Lackland for a graduation and was late several times due to Mac Trans. They even caused me to be late after I scheduled a pickup for 6:30, 4 hours in advance. I came outside at 6:31 and they were no where to be found. 10 minutes later I called them. They said that no one was there so they had left. They said that they had another pickup that was already on its way and would be there any second. Another 20 minutes later we flagged down a yellowcab and left because no one showed up. While sitting in traffic in the yellowcab we saw the Mac Trans pass us at 7:08. Unbelievable. In another occurrance I called them to pick me up and was told they would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I called. 10 minutes after that they picked me up.
