I chose the cheaper route to repair my damaged laptop monitor, instead of taking it to a place like Best Buy, I would have gladly paid more money for fast service opposed to my whole semester with no computer. I brought my notebook in mid-August and didn't get it back until about Dec. 11th. I was never contacted about the status of my laptop and I had to constantly call them to find out anything. I had the same conversation with the man to go ahead and order the product, I wait a month, nobody calls, surprise, and yes, I call once again. He said heâs still not ordered it and we have the exact same conversation of whatâs wrong and I explain how long itâs been, but no apology... They were obviously way over their head with other customers, I hope, it was unprofessional and I would be embarrassed, also during this whole ordeal I never once received an apology of a 5 month ârepair.â
