All three members of my family - including myself - are now patients of Dr.Cooper, and all 3 are extremely pleased with the treatment, and subsequent results. Each appointment 's wait time was minimal; the exam and subsequent prescriptions were quick but exact; and the glasses that were made are wonderful. The negative reviews did make me a little apprehensive at first, but I realise that some people do expect vastly different things. However, I highly recommend this office, and will recommend it to other people.

I had the lovely exprience of taking my son to Dr. Cooper due to a injury at school. His staff was great at getting me in at the last minute. They also told me on the phone that no other siblings were allowed at the time of the appt, which was completly fine w/ me.. I was very happy w/ the exam Dr. Cooper did on my son, he also calmed my fears of permant damage to his eye.. His girls at the front desk went out of their way to help me get a copy of my insurance and EVERYONE in the WHOLE office was FABULOUS!! I will go back anytime for myself, and family as I will also refer Lynn Eye Medical to friends as well!!! Keep up the GOOD work Lynn Eye!!

I myself see Dr. Hymas, but my two boys see Dr. Cooper.. i must say have been pretty pleased with this office so far, never had to wait more that a few mins. to be taken back, the exam is very accurate and quick! Dr. Cooper has been very helpful with my boys Dr. Hymas has been wonderful to myself.. the assistants are great! and friendly and the front office girls are very informative and helpful.. i will def. give them my buisness and my friends and family as well! keep up the good work!

I saw what other people wrote and it made me sick, Ive been a patient there for years and i have NEVER had a bad experience..the office staff is wonderful, very busy understandable..... and im sure very stressed being that it is the medical field... but they have never been rude. I understand that they have a no drink or food policy... and that is because treating kids is already hectic enough, without adding spilt food and drinks all over epensive equipment. As far as not letting other kids in during the exam, that is because Dr. Cooper does not like distractions, he is working with serious conditions here and ajumping five year old can really distract him. I have been told EVERY single time i have been called that my two kids are the only ones allowed in, and who ever wrote that they are not reminded before the exam is wrong... the other Dr.s are very very friendly and the entire office has just been a wonderful experience.. the billing department is great, whenever ive EVER had a question they were kind and friendly and ive never had a complaint.. as far as not serving coffee in the waiting room.. get over it its not starbucks.. its a medical office.. dont like it.. go somewhere else

In 2003, Dr. Cooper MISdiagnosed my daughter with third nerve palsy (a very serious problem) telling my wife that he was certain our three week old daughter had brain damage. After a harrowing two days and a cat scan we learned that she simply had a weak muscle in her eye lid - which another doctor diagnosed and has since been corrected with surgery. Unfortunately, Dr. Cooper's MISdiagnosis left a "black mark" on my daughter's medical record and almost caused us to lose our insurance due to the increased risk - Dr. Cooper labeled her brain damaged and then refused to correct it on her chart and admit that he made a mistake. He said, "I saw what I saw." He was extremely rude to both me and my wife. He is arrogant, unprofessional and obnoxious.
