He is very friendly and thorough. I was referred by a friend, and he made sure to send her a thank you card for the referral. And the rest of his staff is very helpful and welcoming as well.
Pros: He'll match competitors' prices on lenses (e.g. 1-800-contacts) but you don't
have to bulk buy....I had 2 leftover boxes of contact lenses with outdated
prescritptions, so he credited me the sealed and unused boxes towards my new
prescription!
