I purchased cherry butcherblock for my kitchen rehab from Lumber Liquidators because the price was great, and they promised delivery within 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks came and went, I called the store and they said I never ordered delivery (not true). They refused to deliver the product because they were moving locations, and insisted we pick it up. But, the product was at their old location and they didn't have any staff there. They told me on two different occasions they'd have someone meet me at the old location so we could pick up the butcher block, they were supposed to call when they arrived but we never got a call back, when I'd call to check I'd get excuse after excuse. Finally I had to get the corporate office involved, who was wonderful to work with, and I think genuinely embarrassed by the St. Louis location's actions.
