Worse store to buy things from

Worse shopping experience I've encontered. The order was placed on 9/9/06 and some the items are not available until Christmas at the earliest. Totally unhelpful sales, hard to reach over the phone. Internet order status is unavailable. The order cannot be canceled or refunded, so we are stuck with this store. I will not shop from this store ever again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
