church. they tasted great and delivered it on time

I've been all about Lucy's cakes since I was a kid. My parents bought me a cake from there for my first cake when I was tiny. I have fond memories of the shop and the cakes.

I wanted to buy one for my boyfriend for his b-day. I called to have them change the size to a square cake 3 days before. They oculdnt find my order. The lady said she'd call me back. They never did.

I called them again and the lady said it was a good thing that I called because I wouldn't have a cake for this Saturday because they couldnt find it. I never received an apology or anything.

I was not happy at all w/this service so I called NADLERS on Babcock and the man ther was very sweet.

I called to cancel my order w/Lucys and they couldn't find my freakin' order again! She said "its sugar free"? I was lik "no! this is exactly why i'm cancelling my order". She put me on hold for 4 minutes.

She came back and said it was cancelled. I told her I'm cancelling because of the bs she said well we have a lot of orders...I told her she lost a customer and she just said "ok"

wth?!! you'd think small businesses need the money.

I ordered a cake from this place, they couldnt find my order, they kept telling me that the order wasnt finished. i spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to convince this lady that my husband put an order and she kept saying its incomplete! she never looked for it! my husband had to call, he spent other 35 minutes until this lady went to re-check again, and she found it... i spoke to the manager and her excuse was "sorry we have too many orders" ans she kept arguing with me! how is it my fault that there are too many orders???? I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
