Lucky's is the only place we would trust to leave our little Boston Terrier. They have many options to choose from from small cages to resort like bed accommodations. Our little puppy enjoyed the personalized attention and came home very happy.

As a kennel attendant at Lucky's what many people dont realize is that the kennel is only loud when new people walke through the kennel. So yes i can understand that you would be uncomfortable with such a noisy environment but the noise only occurs when people walk through.

If you go with the luxery end, i think it might be okay. But, for a regular kennel, it's bad. It was horribly loud, with way too many dogs in one place. I left treats and toys for my dog.... not one treat had been given when i picked him up. I also paid for the "kennel bath".... a bath and dry on the day he came home. They bathed him alright, but didn't dry him! I picked hime up at 2pm, and his was still wet!!!! He stunk worse than when I left him.

The staff was less then friendly, and didn't tell mw anything about how he his stay went. I will never use them again. For such a great website, the actual place was a great disappointment.
