Mr. Blatt is a knowledgeable and kind man. I recently required much assistance with the interfacing of my new all-in-one printer with my existing computer. Because of security software that had been installed on my computer, the printer software failed to download from both the disc included with the printer and the company's website. Elisha had the patience of Job navigating the labyrinth of computer technology to get the whole system to work properly.

He then showed me shortcuts to make my use of the computer more efficient. Unlike some techs who forge ahead clicking away at the keyboard at breakneck speed, he explained what he was doing and why so that I would understand and learn thereby increasing my knowledge of my machines while improving the efficiency of my set up.

Mr. Blatt took the time necessary to get the job properly done. His professionalism, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are rarely seen today, thus much appreciated.
