Awful Customer Service
Rented an RV three months in advance of a road trip. Went to Louisville to pick it up, drove back to Lexington, and the generator did not work upon first use. Called dealer and let them know we were coming the next day to get it fixed. Went into office and waited over thirty minutes for them to tell us all their mechanics were on lunch break. Waited another fifteen minutes before we spoke to Sarge. While speaking to Sarge, we complained about the fact that we had been waiting so long without service, as multiple customers had been helped and we were ignored. I want to stress the fact that we were not rude in any manner. We were trying to get our RV fixed to get to our engagement and were frustrated. After about two sentences of voicing our opinion of the service, we were greeted by a nice lady who told us she did not care for our attitude (what attitude?) at her shop and we needed to get off the lot. Two sentences and she is ready to kick us off the lot? Are you joking!? The only time I've gotten customer service like that I was being kicked out of a bar. The kicker here is that this is the OWNER. I say again, this was the owner! Never raised our voices, never cursed (until we eventually left), and we were told after thirty seconds of complaining to take our troubles elsewhere. How does this business survive? Go somewhere else for your RV needs because this place is a joke.
