What was really nice though were the unexpected extras. Without our asking, they pointed out about $450 per month in extra phone services we were paying for and not using.
Two months after they did the wiring, we had a phone problem just before Jazz Fest. We called their service department after 5 on a Friday. Their guy showed up, and quickly found that the problem was with our phone service, not their wiring. But because we were so worried about our Jazz Fest business, he spent two hours on the phone with the phone company until they agreed to repair the problem after hours so that we wouldn't be without phones over the 'Fest weekend. He arranged to have our calls temporarily routed to my cell phone, which I handed to a hostess for the rest of a busy Friday night. And he showed up the next morning to meet their guy before we opened. And all they billed us for was one hour for the Saturday morning visit, about $150. Well worth it.
