I can't believe that some one might say that the customer service is poor at Louise Blum. I flew from New Orleans just to see what was in stock. They made me feel like a princess so I chose to order from them. I will then fly to Houston for all of my subsequent fittings. Also, I am currently overweight, so the samples wouldn't fit me properly. This was a disheartening experience for any bride to be, but they made me feel beautiful and special. Even though I couldn't have the experience of trying on every dress in the store, they allowed me to try on headpieces and veils so that I didn't miss out on feeling like a bride. When it came time to order my gown, they worked with the designer to ensure that I ordered the perfect dress in the perfect color. The only challenge is that the dresses in this store may be too expensive for some brides. However, you get what you pay for....

Unfortunately, I fell in love with a Vera Wang dress online, and Louise Blum is the ONLY bridal salon in Houston to carry Vera Wang. Thus, I was forced to deal with their poor customer service and lack of attention or concern. No one ever answered their phones or returned their calls. It seemed like their computers were always "down". They do not seem to have their act together at all. I was very disappointed with their service and promptness. I would NEVER go through them again and ended up going through SAKS bridal for my dress. It was an awful experience- in what should've been a wonderful experience.

My bridesmaids bought Vera Wang dresses here and would never recommend this vendor to anyone. I have never been treated so rudely. They are the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, snobby sales associates I have ever come in contact with. Not only do they treat you without and decency of respect but the dress came in a different color then the swatch and they did nothing about it. I had to change my wedding colors because of their lack to detail. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

The best place to find designer wedding gowns. Loved the selection and went back several times for special occassion dresses. The seamstress that did my alterations was fabulous

The employees at this location were very rude, none of them greeted my friend and I when we walked in or while we were browsing. Instead, they were just sitting down looking at us and talking amongst themselves. When we asked questions they were very short eventhough there were not many people in the store. I definitely would not recommend this place. There are other high-end bridal boutiques in the same area who offer similar merchandise with very good customer service. Even if I would have found a wedding dress I loved, which I did not, I would not have purchased from them due to their lack of professionalism and customer service.
