If you need flowers that are beautiful and unique do not waste your time going anywhere else but Lotus Flower. If you need someone who is knowledgeable and cost concious do not waste your time going anywhere else! If you need flowers for your wedding and you don't want to have to worry, will they show up, will they be fresh, will they be stunning, then you NEED to go to Lotus Flower. I have never worked with two more professional and accommodating women. They helped me pick out flowers for my daughters wedding, told me what would work or not, they knew the church and where we could put flowers and what worked and did not in the church, they helped come up with beautiful ideas for the reception. They told me where to NOT put flowers, that it was an expense I did not need to do. Who ever tells you that in the florist business? They are just wonderful and I can't say enough positive things about them. I will not use another florist in Charleston, this is the one I will be using for a very long time!

I am SO pleased with this florist! We had procrastinated in ordering flowers for my sister's birthday, and called Lotus Flowers at 2:30pm to see if they might be able to deliver flowers the same day. Certainly, they said. They were friendly, positive and reassuring. They asked a few questions about my sister's tastes to see what she might like best, and quoted us a price that I thought was very reasonable.

My sister has substantial family and friends, so sometimes her phone is continuously busy on the evening of her birthday. However, she called us instead - to thank us for the exquisite bouquet she had received! It had apparently arrived within an hour of our phone order. She was SO delighted. She described the arrangement, extremely fresh, tasteful yet unique, with use of several types of flowers, some of which were likely local and possibly seasonal, perfectly set in a perky vase. It seemed to be perfect for her. She thought we must have used the best florist in the area - and after hearing her happy report, we thought so also!

I am very grateful to Lotus, and will certainly look forward to ordering from them again.
