Cannot handle large groups
I contacted Los Tres Amigos 5 months in advance of a large party and made additional contacts during the 5 months right up until 5 hours before bringing a party of 45 to the restaurant. The manager and I had agreed on a fajita buffet to be set up. Upon arrival 15 minutes prior to the event's scheduled start, both rooms we had reserved were completely full of partrons. The manager did not have a buffet prepared and indicated that he would rather just give each person an individual plate. The patrons who were seated in one of the two rooms I had been promised were asked to leave. My party of 45 was seated in a room only suitable for a party of 25. The first (soft) drink orders were filled 1 hour after the scheduled start time. No coordination was apparent and the manager disappeared. The food was acceptable but the entire event was a disaster because they couldn't cope with a large group. The manager did not provide what was promised and made only minimal effort to rectify the situation.
