Very Good!

Unlike when I went to Radiology Medical Group for an MRI without contrast. I was injected without consent. I had an anaphylactic reaction. No physician was present. I had to be taken to the emergency hospital. I am now permanently disabled with severe injuries. They tried to cover-up the unauthorized injection be altering my medical records. I got a hip-scan in their 3Tesla/HighField MR, image quality was very good: the basis for a good interpretation afterwards.

The site was well organized, clean, it was easy to get an appointment scheduled on short term and people were friendly.

The value was just great: compared to Santa Clara Imaging where I had 1 imaging for $2700 done in an extremely old and low field scanner, this one here was half the price and in excellent quality!

I would definitely recommend this site for MRI diagnostics.

I made an appointment with MRI of Los Gatos and was asked to fax my referral and insurance information. I tried to fax the info. to them for three days from two different fax machines. Each time a received a response of Number Busy. I then went into the office and dropped off the information.

At about 4PM the day before my scheduled MRI they called to canceled because they didn't have enough time to get additional information from my dr and insurance company. No apologies were given for their fax machine problem or the fact that I now need to rearrange my schedule to get in.

The receptionist was rude and did not give me the same answers as she did my dr's office. (I had them call when I got no where with them!) I was told that the person I would have to talk with had gone home for the day. When the dr's office called , less than 5 minutes later, they were told that their info. had been received.

I would try another MRI center!
