This business has changed thier name to Los Altos Lighting but is formely know as House of Lamps, under the same ownership. Do not do business here, it is the worst lighting showroom in the Bay Area. If you order anything from them you could wait a very long time, because they are on account hold with most of their venders. The one's they are not on hold with require pre-payment for the order, which most time's they do not have the money for. You will be lied to and told your order is back ordered, and could take months to get. That is if they even ordered it all. The advertise that they have an electrician that can do the installations for you, the problem is this electrician does not have an electricial license.I think it very unethical to be contracting work without the proper licenses. This means that the work is also unisured.I have contacted the State of California Contractors Board so hopeful this will not be going on for too much longer:) There are some great lighting ...
