How do they stay in business?
Something's not right with these people! I went in to have pants shortened and a blanket cleaned. Went to get them when they told me to. They couldn't find the blanket and couldn't understand why I was getting upset!! Then, Lori insisted she'd never seen me before, when SHE was the one who hemmed my pants two days prior! And, she kept shrugging at me, which was rude. I never went back.
