Rude and Lazy, unable to priortize tasks

Pharmacy Techs, Pharmacist unable to turn insurance card over and call the 800 number!! If your not well forget about them they will just frustrate you. I overheard an elderly man who was in need of diabetic medications and they were refusing him also...strange pharmacy techs. Bad experience.
