You will never get any resolution to your complaints. Even at the top level. They don't even believe you. And because there is no recourse for these sub-par employees, why should they try to do a better job?

My mother was a patient there, and the quality of care that she received was disgusting! The employees are rude, and administration does not care. The head nurse on the second floor (vent unit) has no manners and I believe if you?re doing that kind of work you should CARE. I have gone in and seen patience left for hours in there own feces, patients who are not bathed, and when something urgent happens they do not call you. While I was visiting one day, I man walked in with flowers to visit his mother, when he walked in they were carrying out the body of his mom. That broke my heart and they never called to make him aware that she passed. The nurses are always in a bad mood, the doctors have no tenderness care for the patient. I also heard a doctor mention to another nurse "it doesn't matter, she is going to die any way" Do these people forget that they have loved ones too? It was a horrible experience, and I moved my mom to a better loving nursing home. She has passed away, but at least she was around people who cared. The staff from that facility should be fired and they all need people skills. Every time I brought a complaint to administration I was told it will get taken care of. I had to demand meetings and I was always told they were "busy". That facility should be inspected and closed down. Don't believe there pretty web site, it?s all a lie.
