Total FAILURE!!!

Had an appointment at 10 am, showed up at 9:50 the doors were locked (office hours posted said they opened at 8 am). So finally at 10:05 am a doctor showed up and unlocked the doors. Of course they were running behind. Literally a few minutes later one by one staff members were literally running in saying "im sorry im late" (WTF kind of business is this!! where ALL their staff is LATE!!) anyway I come in JUST for an X-RAY, when i'm done with the xrays she goes through them with me and estimates a $9000.00 payment plan? WTF? I came there for a chipped tooth, not a million other aesthetic stuff! I have straight (had braces) teeth, I dont need anything else besides a crown. TOTAL FAILURE! this place should be called TOTAL FAILURE TAKE ALL MY MONEY DENTISTRY!‎
