This guy was one of the rudest people I have ever met, thankfully I didn't even manage to get my mower dropped off before he started yelling at me saying my mower was "A piece of junk somebody just gave me" Went to someone else near spring and was told he has quite the reputation for that kind of behavior. This guy is a real piece of work, take your business elsewhere.

Very rude and belligerant
Do not use this individual unless you enjoy dealing with rude, belligerant people. I pulled this guys name out of the phonebook, mapped his location, and made a trip well out of the way to go to his place of business. I'm just thankful I was not even able to drop my mower off before he got going with his yelling and screaming, I might never have gotten it back. I ended up going to another small engine repair place and they have heard the same thing from other customers, that he has a reputaion of being mean and angry. Don't waste your time with this guy, he's a jerk!

Just a waste of time
I spoke to this man on the phone and he was asking the dumbest questions. "what's wrong with it?" It wont start. Then HE asks why. My wife went by and he called me and said what do you want me to do with this... and i said make it start.... the edger needed the cord rewound and the lawnmower wasn't getting gas... he asked if i thought all it needed was to get the blade sharpened and the oil changed. I told my wife to Immediately bring the items home and we will wait until monday to get to a real shop... Unless you are RICH, know exactly what is wrong, and don't mind throwing hand over fist of money out the window, and be talked down to by the owner, then DONT go here.

The worst place in houston
this man is horrible. I wouldnt wish him on my worst enemy. I brought in a mower and a edger today and he looked at me and said what do you want me to do with it? I looked and said um you tell me. He has no clue what hes doing, there were about 5-6 customers that brought in weedeaters and he looked at them and said very rudly i dont fix those, adios, waved. This other guy came in and brought a part in and the guy said i dont fix parts i fix equipment, i have parts but i dont sell them, so cya. It was so rude, and uncomfortable. He smelled like alcohol and treats everyone like the ground you walk on. I asked him where he was located, he went off on me saying how he has been there 26 years and i should know his business. I went in there, he is somewhat mentally disabled, mostly deaf, and has a speech impediment. No matter what someone is going through or coping with it is no excuse for such bad, inapropriate behavior.

Use at your own risk
I would not recommend using this shop. The owner was very rude and first told me it would cost over 200 to fix my mower and then he refused to fix it. He may know what he is doing but his disposition is horrible.
