I tried to order a car from this dealership but was misled about the car and its status from the beginning. They told me I could buy a car they had "already ordered" and "goes to production this week". Delivery was promised in mid-March '11. I asked if I ordered the car but the timing changed dramatically could I get my deposit back. They assured me they would have no trouble selling the car if I did not want it and absolutely I could get my deposit back. I ordered the car. One month later they admitted (since the chevrolet tracking system showed the car was not being produced) they had no idea when it would be built, but would not refund my deposit. Do not deal with these people - they are crooks!

I loved the entire experience.Very clean bathrooms to nice sales staff.The finance guy explained all the options and made me feel special.I will buy my next Tahoe at Lone Star!

I love my Tahoe that I just purchased from Lone Star Chevrolet!! The sale person was very helpful. The price was right in our price range. We were treated very well by the staff. The whole experience was great. That is not always the case when it comes to buying a car. I would come back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
