My pass experience in the dentist's chair has been miserable, until I went to Lone Hill Dental, they have the most compassionate dentist I've ever had.

They understands and therefore can take away the fear and pain. The work done on my teeth was Top quality, plus the ability to make me relax and feel comfortable. Now when I sit in the dentist chair I can honestly say that I am no longer afraid, and that's a miracle. I can't recommend BETTER dental office.

I have to write this to highly recommend to anyone who looks for a dentist. I have always feared for dentist all my life. Until I went to Lone Hill Dental. I got postcards in my mail and decided to try this dental office. It's a great experience. Staff is so welcome. Environment is so professional. Office is so clean. Especially, the dentist is so gentle and has very high skills. I DON'T FEEL THE SHOTS AT ALL!!!. Also, they have digital x-rays which reduce the radiation by 90%. They have payment option. And the price is very reasonable!!! Highly recommend!!!

We were in search of a dentist for awhile and were referred to Lone Hill Dental. In the beginning everything seemed good, until I went in to have my tooth pulled. The Denist is soooooooo rude and soooooo pushy! He questioned me about why I have a DMO plan and that I should look into a PPO. I asked him why he was suggesting that and he went on to tell that me that he worked way to hard for the amount of money that the DMO pays him. He said he has rent to pay and bills to pay and that he didn't want to work for free and that went on again about looking into a PPO because they pay more(bad thing is yes they pay more but that means I also have to pay more out of pocket because they cover less!!!!!!!!!!) THAT IS THE RUDEST thing a dentist can ever do, sit there and lecture you on switching insurance while you are laying there in pain from an impacted tooth! I do not recommend this office at all. IF THE DMO DOES NOT PAY YOU ENOUGH DR. VUONG THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT PATIENTS WITH DMO'S, BUT SINCE YOU DO, SUCK IT UP AND TAKE WHAT THEY PAY!

The dentist was nice, was a little hard to understand since English is not his first language, but nice and gentle. My first visit took over 3 hours. Luckily, they have tv's in the exam room so I could watch while I waited. The day that I was there the office manager (the one who handles the treatment plans) wasn't there. The other girls in the office did an awesome job without her. When I got my treatment plan and saw that my insurance didn't cover any of the work that I needed done I was a little concerned. After contacting my insurance, I saw that some of the prices listed were different from what my insurance said they should be. I called the office to see if I could go over everything with Chantal, the office manager. She completely blew me off. She was not even interested in helping me. Needless to say, I've gone to another dentist that had nicer staff. They can have my $1600.
