I enjoy Lomas Santa Fe, it's casual and there's no pressure to play your best. It's great for beginners or someone that doesn't want to spend a lot of money and still get a round of golf in.

It's a low par course that depending on the time you go, it's about $20 for 18 holes. It's definitely easy to walk the course but you can rent a golf cart at a reasonable price too. You can spend 2-4 hours on this course depending on your pace.

This course attracts really friendly golfers too!

I grew up playing on this course...it rocks! Too bad my parents can't get a deposit back after 30 years of membership. I was going to join as well, but not giving back money to their own members that is not cool. Apparently, they like to ignore your concerns on top of all that. Really too bad. Class action anyone?‎
