The friendly staff is great from start to finish and are a great complement to Dr. Lohmann. Dr. Bill was referred to me by a co-worker and I've been really happy with every aspect of my care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who lives or works in town!

Where should I begin... From the moment you step foot through the doors you are greeted with a smile and great conversation. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR SERVICE. This is a major plus for me as a fulltime working Wife & Mom. The Dental Hygenist brings you to the back and immediately I am at ease with her gentle touch and attention to detail. The equipment is state of the art and they don't perform any unnecessary procedures. Dr. Lohmann promptly follows the Hygenist (again no long waiting) and reviews with ease. He & his insurance specialist are very comprehensive. I always leave understanding the work I've had done, need done and how much it will cost. There are no surprises. 1 of the best things I appreciate about Dr. Lohmanns practice is his awareness of the patient. Times are hard and they want to be sure you can afford the work you need done. They offer many incentives to keep your smile perfect.

I had been going to my previous dentist for 13 years, and was very satisfied. When I went with my wife to her appt. with Dr. Lohmann, I was immediately impressed by Rebecca's warm reception. I had several questions, and although she was busy, she took the time and answered them all. My major complaint with my previous dentist is that I was always blindsided by cost that my insurance provider did not cover. Wendy, Dr. Lohmann's insurance specialist makes sure that doesn't happen. I've never seen anyone so thorough. She even helped me figure out a plan to maximize my insurance benefits. April, the hygenist, was great, and Dr. Lohmann completely understood and complied with my holistic concerns regarding removing old silver/mercury fillings and cosmetics.

I have been very reluctant in going to the dentist because of my past experiences but, I decided to google "best dentist in Atlanta, Ga" and I ran across Dr. Lohmann DDS and my first visit to Dr. Lohmann was an experience I only dreamed of.....The staff was the most professional and friendly staff i've ever encountered in a dental office. I felt very welcomed and comfortable :) and in 20+ years of going to the dentist in different cities and states, no dental office has ever taken out the time to educate me about my dental issues and in most cases, a lot of dentist will see that you have insurance and create issues that don't exist to get paid but not at Dr. Lohmann, the assistant and the hygenist were very patient and knowledgeable and the first thing that shocked me was when the receptionist/assistant stated "we're not going to fix something that's not there just to absorb your insurance". I was impressed. I've recommended co-workers and friends to Dr. Lohmann because its very hard to find a dentist who is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology and has a very friendly staff. I'm here to stay with Dr. Lohmann :D

Dr. Lohmann's office always has the latest technology, the offices are nice and comfortable and the same staff is there from one visit to the next! The lack of turnover makes it a better experience for sure. He has flat screen tvs in each room so you can watch tv while getting your teeth cleaned or drilled or whatever. I have been going to him for over 15 years now. Bill's Bucks are a great incentive to take care of your teeth!
