Mrs. Jackson, in reading your comments, I have to assume that you are talking about another business. Jim and John and team have been caring for my cars for 10 years, and that of all my family. They were here in Carriage Hills as Carriage Hills Marathon, and recently moved to Lansing, which really made me sad. They are impeccably honest, competent, polite and quick. I will continue to take my minor repairs and servicing to the Carriage Hill guys, even though they are now Logan Square...as long as I am alive. I wish they would move back over to the Marathon station....we miss them, their free tire air, great coffee and the nicest people. If Logan Square had a different owner before, that is the only possible explanation for what you are referencing, maam. Earnest Stuart‎

These guys are the best! My fiance and I have been going here for over 5 years and I've even gotten a couple of my friends to go there, as well. We've taken several different cars there and they get things done in the same day and don't overcharge. We've never had any problems with their work. For good consistent, honest work on your car, I only trust Logan Square Auto Care!‎

I've taken my Ford Escort, Toyota Celica, and VW New Beetle to Logan Square on many occasions. I have ALWAYS had excellent and prompt service. Their prices are aout of this world! Incredibly cheap! AND I've had instances where if the problem was something only the dealer could do, they did not charge me to look at the car! One time I went in to get the transmission fuild drained and refilled on my VW Beetle. Shortly after dropping it off I got a call from my mechanic telling me that the car engine is designed such that the fluid NEVER needs to be replaced!!! Many other mechanics would have just charged me for it anyway, I mean, how would I know? In all my dealings with them over the last two years, they have proven themselves to be skilled, honest and fair. I would HIGHLY recommend Logan Square Auto Care to anyone who needs car repair!!‎

I would NOT recommend this business for anyone to take their vehicle to for service. We were given service that was below standard by far! Our estimate was given and changed every other day over the course of a week when taken in for a simple job. They added on several other jobs that were not given our approval and just put it in the total cost. They were rude to us on the phone going as far as to insult our intelligence about our car. After this, I will never return there again.‎
