Struggled to exchange brand new inoperable...‎

Two garage door openers came with the new garage door. The technician only tested one of them which worked fine, the other one worked only intermitently. When my husband called to let them know that the second garage door opener was not working consistently, the employee on the phone told my husband that he was the one who broke it and that they would not be able to replace it since they were not at fault. After my husband called back about a week later, they decided to replace the garage door opener. Other than that, no problems with their garage door but customer service is not too hot.‎
