Disrespectful & unbending
Bought 10 bags at 10-bag discount. When returning to buy 5 bags of compost + 5 other, and explained that's all the vehicle will hold, but will return for a repeat order, was told "how do I know you'll come back?" It took some other customers chiming in to get the 10 bag discount, but they did relent.
Come on, most cos have a mix and match policy to get to the multi-item discounts!
