The most professional, friendly, and highly educated stylists. I highly recommend the Lyons Den. The quality of their work that is done there is absolutely AWESOME and the owners treat everyone with the most upmost respect (I even seen them handle the unruly people that are the types that cause incidents to try to get something out it with respect and professionalism) and care. The staff actually becomes your family. The color, highlight, and haircuts are so precise,advanced, and stylish that you will immediately fall in love and become a loyal client. Again if anyone is looking for a new stylist and new salon to call home, the Lyons Den (Hoyt and Kristi and their team) is the place! AWESOME and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have been getting my hair done at the Lyons den for the past 2 years now. I would not want to go anywhere else. The service is amazing from beginning to end! I have not only became friends with my stylist but also every stylist in there! I have gone to other salons in the past where the same woman cut my hair for a year and she never remembered my name! At the Lyons den not only does my stylist know me by name but everyone there knows me by name and stops by to say hello! It is like going visit a second family. I would highly recommend this salon, you will not be disappointed.‎

I made an appt. with the owner of the Lyon's Den hoping that I would be in the best of hands to color my hair. I brought in pictures of what haircolor I was going for...not complicated. I'll just use this as an example so you can understand....let's say I showed him a picture of blond and he dyed it BLACK, that's how far off he was!!!! I almost cried when I saw it. I asked for something like my natural color....and he gives me this. He had to put this white stuff all over my hair to basically strip the color. Felt like my head was on fire for 45 minutes while this stuff sat on my hair. Why couldn't he just do the color I asked for? Now, I'm left with damaged hair that is breaking off!!! This could probably be a law suite. I can't believe this man owns this place and could do such damage. Plus some other unethical things took place but I won't even go into that right now!‎

Went in for low lights to add dimension to my ultra blonde hair and came out as a brunette. Did NOT ask to be turned into a brunette, stylist just decided without consulting me first. Had to go back and get it fixed which turned out better (still a brunette but a prettier shade) but then 2 days later the color washed out leaving my hair ashy and dull. On top of that, in my hurry to leave after being there for 4 hours, I left my jacket in their changing room. I immediately called, left a msg, and spoke with the stylists to inform them my jacket was there and I'd be picking it up in the next day. They left me a msg saying 'yes' it was indeed there and I could come pick it up. When I gave them a ring back telling them I was on my way the owner said it was gone (in one day after they said it was there??) and someone must have took it but she'd get back with me and 'sorry' but there's nothing she can do?? Completely unprofessional considering I called the second ...
