worst service I've experienced in a...‎

Buying my flooring was okay except that I had to hunt down someone to help me and even to pay. However... after being advised by the salesperson to over-buy since "I didn't want to have to come back", I got an extra box of each color tile. Sure enough, I had the 2 boxes left over when I finished so I DID have to go back to return them. Apparently there is only one person in the whole store that can handle returns, and boy did he take is sweet time helping me.... after literally 20 minutes and 5 storewide calls for a manager to help a customer with a return, I am treated to downright rudeness from the manager who takes takes about another 10 minutes to refund my credit card, moving at what appears to be the slowest rate he possibly can to do everything. On top of it, they charge a 25% (yes, twenty five percent) restocking fee!!! FOR TWO BOXES OF VINYL TILE FROM A SHELF RIGHT NEXT TO THE COUNTER!!!! I even say I'll take them back over to the shelf, to which he responds ...
