Great relaxed atmosphere! Stopped in while on a buisness trip through the Bay area. I like visiting adult stores and always bring back gifts for the missus. This store has sales staff with personalities. I mean that in a good way. Not just doing their duty and spouting rote. Actually friendly and eager to help. The selection of Adult DVD's, novelties was good, but the Lingerie was impressive and the Halloween costumes were great. I don't think the missus will wear the one I bought her in public, but I might. Just kidding! We're going to a private party anyway. Thanks for a great experience and Mahalo!

I was directed to Lingerie Etc. by secrets , from whom I received excellent service but was treated rudely by a woman who claims to be the owner of the store, she was speaking in the same sarcastic manner to 2 of her employees while I and others were shopping loud enough for everyone to hear and it made me uncomfortable I seriously doubt this woman is he owner asked to speak to a manger or owner to make a complaint, anyone whose bread and butter depends on customer service acts accordingly so if you are looking for intimate products I high recommended Secrets on Concord Blvd. and strongly warn you about the horrible service at Lingerie etc., I must say the nice young man who did ring me up was great, I hope for his sake this woman is not his only boss.‎
