Worst among the worst
I would give zero star if only the system allow.
First, when I made the appointment on the phone, they told me they don't accept credit cards, cash or check only. I had no problem with that and made sure to bring my personal check with me when I went for the doctor appointment. But when I arrived there, they told me "cash only." I didn't have enough cash with me and they resisted to treat me. I asked if I can make another appointment, the lady at the front desk said "then you have to wait for another 2 months" without even checking the schedule. Finally I had to drive to 2 different ATMs and to get enough cash.
Second, when I had the vaccine shots, they didn't check the various shots thoroughly that they missed one shot. That resulted in additional weeks of waiting time to finish all the shots (some vaccines cannot be applied within short periods, if not applied together). That was just really unprofessional.
Third, when I went back to the hospital for my medical report as scheduled, they made me sit there for 1 hour then told me the report wasn't ready yet. The nurse told me to come back in 2 hours. I was on a busy schedule that day, but I need that report immediately and had no choice. So I went back after 2 hours as she asked, and the nurse was gone and nobody was able to contact her and no one knew what happened to my medical report :P
After all these mistakes, I didn't get even one apology.
BTW, the facility was dirty. I was very shocked when I first stepped into the hospital...
