Lillington Veterinary Hospital have been caring for our pets for 7 years. I have always felt that they had the best interest of my pets in mind. I am comfortable with the veterinarians on staff in particular the owner Dr Jan Batker since I have known her the longest. Their cost for their services are similiar to other veterinarians in the area. I like the staff and feel that they are knowledgable and caring.
I feel that they are honest and up front with me with our pets needs. I would recommend their office for anyone who needs care for their pet.

These vets will try to take as much money as they can from you! They don't care about your pet. They just want your wallet. Go elsewhere!! I know a few people who have actually switched because the charges are too high!

The people at Lillington Veterinary Hospital are more like overzealous salespeople than animal doctors. They care more about making money than helping poor, sick animals. The first time I took my dog there for a regular checkup, they wanted me to leave him there for a professional grooming and 'pedicure/manicure' session. I should have learned from that experience, and it's my fault for taking my sick 12-year-old cat there for an emergency appointment. They wanted to take all sorts of lab tests to test for only one possible disorder, which would have cost $400-$600. Additionally, they wanted us to purchase all sorts of irrelevant products and services, which would have come out to be a total of $600!!! Don't get tricked into their schemes. Save your wallet and your pet, and go somewhere else!!! In the future, I will be taking my pets to a vet that actually cares!!!
