Thrilled with service and products

I had a fantastic experiance with the manager and staff at Lightopia. Their knowledge was exceptional. My project would not have ended up as well as it did without their participation. They caught mistakes made by my electrician and made several cost saving suggestions. I will not buy lighting from anyone else EVER! Thank you Lightopia.

Lightopia is amazing!

Im new to lighting design and i wanted to get some lights for my house but i didnt know where to turn to...then i found Lightopia and they had so many unique fixtures i couldnt even believe it! I didnt even know places like this exist. Everyone there was super helpful and had some great ideas for me to choose from.

Great place!

I am remodeling my new home with my girlfriend. I had no idea about lighting, but she talked me into going into lighting stores with her. These guys here are great! They spent a ton of time going over our needs (and educating me) and actually came out to our house to see the rooms. When it was all said and done we both learned a lot and got some truly beautiful fixtures! Thanks guys!!!

Worse Experience of my lifetime

This place has some great lighting. But unfortunately for me, it was a nightmare to do business with them. It took weeks for my order to arrive and when it finally did; it was missing the key parts to install one of the pendants. When I brought this to the store manager's attention, an unbelievable tirade ensued. I mean I feared for my life type of tirade!! My recommendation, look at their great products, get the manufacturing info, & then go online for a hassle free purchasing experience. That is what I plan to do in the future.

Pros: Great Products and Great Staff

Cons: The Owner and Store Manager seem unstable (at least with my experience)
